    Last Seat Tickets (“Company”, “we”, “us”) acts as an authorized agent to book airline tickets, travel care plans (basic and premium), and lost baggage protection services for customers (“you”, “client”).
    All tickets and services are subject to availability and terms set by airlines and service providers. Last Seat tickets is a brand of Travellester.
  2. Payment Terms
    Full payment must be received before issuing any airline ticket or service.

Prices quoted are not guaranteed until the payment is completed and tickets are issued.

We accept payments via [Stripe and/or other options].

  1. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
    All airline tickets are subject to airline fare rules, restrictions, and penalties.

Changes or cancellations requested by the client may incur additional airline fees, agency fees, and fare differences.

Refund eligibility is determined by the airline’s fare rules. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded.

Travel Care plans and Lost Baggage Protection are non-refundable after purchase.

Refund Policy:

If eligible for a refund, processing may take up to 8–12 weeks depending on the airline’s processing times.

Agency service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  1. Delivery of Tickets
    E-tickets and service confirmations will be delivered by email to the address provided by the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address and review the travel documents immediately upon receipt.

  1. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
    It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

We are not liable for denied boarding, entry issues, or travel disruptions due to missing or invalid documents.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    We act solely as an agent for the airlines and service providers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or delays by the airlines or other third parties.

We are not responsible for changes in airline schedules, delays, missed connections, or additional expenses due to weather, strikes, or other causes.

  1. Disputes
    Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware.
