Delaware privacy notice

1. Categories collected

Depending on your use, we may collect identifiers and contact information; customer and commercial records; travel-request and transaction details; internet, device, and site activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; audio or communication records where permitted; and inferences used to provide or improve service. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

2. Sources, purposes, and recipients

Sources include you, a person arranging your travel, your device, and the airlines, booking systems, payment providers, communications vendors, and security providers involved in a request. Business purposes and recipient categories are described in the Privacy Policy, including service delivery, security, support, analytics, compliance, and travel fulfillment.

3. Delaware rights

Subject to verification and legal exceptions, a Delaware resident may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, a portable copy of qualifying personal data, and the categories of third parties to which we disclosed personal data. A Delaware resident may also opt out of qualifying sale, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not discriminate for exercising an applicable right.

4. Sale, targeted advertising, and retention

We do not sell payment-card information or operate as a data broker. If optional advertising technology constitutes qualifying sale or targeted advertising, the Your Privacy Choices page and supported universal opt-out signals provide the applicable opt-out. Retention depends on the purpose and record type and does not continue longer than reasonably necessary, subject to legal requirements.

5. Submitting and verifying a request

State the right you want to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant records without sending a full card or passport number. We may match information already held or request additional verification appropriate to the request.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may require proof of authorization and may still verify the resident directly. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and how to submit a Delaware Privacy Appeal. If an appeal is denied, we will provide information about how to submit a complaint to the Delaware Department of Justice.
